If you are not satisfied you may return the item for a refund or exchange.  Please contact us within a week of receiving your purchase to make arrangements. 

In the case of a return or exchange you will be responsible for return shipping charges.  Your money will be refunded (in the same manner as the original order was paid) once the item safely arrives back to us.  We regret that returns or refunds on custom orders will not be issued.
